Once the game has started, you'll see the setting where all the action takes place. In the center of the screen you'll find the two characters that will compete against each other. On the left, you'll see your character, with your enemy sitting on the right side of the screen. You'll also find a counter at the top of the screen. The controls consist entirely of taps on the screen when your character's lungs are full of air in order to blow harder. This continues on and on until you manage to get whatever's inside the tube to go into your opponent's mouth.
